Damaged or defective goods
If you purchased your product through a Saunders reseller or distributor you may be eligible for a full credit within the reseller/distributor's return policy. You should contact the location/store where you purchased the product, as return policies may vary. Saunders cannot accept product returns for products purchased through a reseller or distributor. However, if it is outside the reseller or distributor's return policy, please contact Saunders Customer Service.
