Ordering and Shipping
Minimum
Order
$250 minimum order per item on all Saunders Aluminum
Form Holders, Clipboards and Portable Desktops.
$250 each minimum on all RhinoSkin orders. All quantities
must be in shelf pack multiples of 3.
All Custom quotes are valid for 30 days.
Payment
Terms
A) Payment in advance is requested for all special orders. This may
be done via money order, company check or credit card.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and
American Express. References may be cleared for future
orders; for special arrangements please contact our
credit department.
B) 50% down payment and trade references required with
first order. If, for any reason, credit card or trade
references are denied, the customer should contact the
credit department for alternate payment arrangements
prior to shipment of order. Invoices are dated the day
of shipment and are due in 30 days. Should you have
any questions regarding the credit terms we are extending
you, please do not hesitate to contact us

Shipping
Terms
All prices are net U.S. Funds and are based on dimensions
and specifications of the product as specified in the
pricer. All merchandise is bulk-packed FOB Readfield,
Maine. customers are responsible for all transportation
charges. Freight costs will be added to the invoice
on any shipments that are pre-paid by supplier. Every
attempt will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered.
We do reserve the right to ship within a plus/minus
of 5% of the quantity ordered.
Delivery
Production time is approximately 3 to 6 weeks on most
custom manufactured/imprinted products. An exact ship
date can be given upon receipt of your purchase order.
Drop
Shipments
Drop shipments will be charged $5.00 per location plus
cost of postage. Individual mailing prices are available
upon request. Customer must supply shipping labels.
Artwork
All Artwork for screens and any Custom Dies will be
the ownership of the customer. We will make up the master
screen or die and bill you at our cost. We will store
this for you for as long as you need. We will gladly
assist you with design work. Should you require the
services of our in-house art department to create camera
ready art suitable for the intended purpose, we will
bill you $40 per hour.
Screen
Printing
All artwork must be camera ready art. For lettering
copy of any kind, provide us with a clearly typed document
with all words as you wish them to appear. Do not abbreviate
anything that you want spelled out and do not spell
out something you want abbreviated.
Business Cards, letterheads and photocopies may not
be acceptable formats of artwork. Artwork which has
been folded, stapled or taped is not usable and will
require new art.
Placement of graphics should be outlined based on the
holder/case you are selecting. We will provide you with
tools to assist in this process.
Paper proofs for copy and placement approval are available
upon request. We will not be responsible for any errors
in punctuation, spelling or placement of any graphic
elements. CAD drawings may be requested.
Pre-production samples may be requested for additional
fees. Be sure to include this in your quote request.
Artwork can be provided in the following MAC formats:
Adobe Illustrator 10, Adobe Pagemaker 6.5, Adobe PhotoShop
5.0 LE & PhotoShop
3.0, Freehand 8.0, Quark Xpress 4.0. We can also
work with existing black and white
camera ready art or film positives (emulsion side up,
right reading). Other art formats should be confirmed
with us prior to submitting. Submit artwork to rleach@saunders-usa.com.
Gothic Die Stamps
We have a running charge of $.16 per impression. The
standard set-up charge is $25 for 1/8” sharp face
Gothic type up to 5 lines, each line up to 41/2”
long. Changes in style or size can be made and will
incur a $5.00 charge
Custom
Dies and Cuts/Embossing
We are capable of creating custom dies. The charges
for these will be based on the size and complexity of
the item requested. Quote provided upon request.

Logo/Graphics imprinting
Add your company logo and/or graphics to any standard or custom product.
